The Blog

The Blog part of NBFILES is a space for me to share, through writing/pictures/poems/podcasts, what is on my mind. Anything from things I find interesting to posing questions with the purpose of engaging you. It may not all make sense but it’s meant to be informal and silly and fun and serious and unstructured and free flowing and creative and written from a place of true authenticity.

The idea is kind of to have it structured through seasons. I find seasons to be a great metaphor for life and given that the season we are entering is WINTER that is where I am beginning. From the deep depths of winter a new sense of purpose and energy is born. We are entering a time of real reflection and a time to be brutally honest with yourself. Not to be viewed as scary but instead leaning into the season and getting ready and excited to come face to face with what is standing in your way.

This is my passion project. My outlet that sparks pure joy. I am so excited to share this with the world. Here we go.
